Wow, you are up late. I agree with you. Though I think we lost more talent to graduation than Butler did. |

Among the players Butler had to replace was Gordon Hayward. For us this year I have a similar feeling as last year. The safe bet feels like 12, but if we play up to our potential I’d see us at 14 or more. |

Indiana State is a scary way to open up conference play. They lead the nation in 3pt % and will be tough for the valley all season long, hard to believe Barnes is only a junior. Drake is a surprising threat as well. I think Illinois States talent sorts it out before it's all over and southerns just a solid veteran team. I think 9/10 wins is realistic based on where we currently are, but if our shots start falling after a mental break following the holiday i think 14 isn't out of the question. |

If I recall correctly, I picked us at 11 and 7. About a third of the way through the season I thought that I was way too pessimistic. Now it looks like I could be correct. |

I had 13-5 and I would have been right if we'd had Lucas all year!
