Sure I paid a steep price, but nothing compared to GoRamblers' sacrifice. Go offered his one remaining lock of hair to the Basketball Gods in exchange for Donte's buzzer beater. The obvious Biblical equivalent to measure the greatness of Go's selfless act is Abraham offering to sacrifice his only son Isaac.
The only difference is that God spared Isaac and Abraham went on to have a bunch more kids, while Go's hair is gone for good.
There is a lesson to be learned in all this, I'd appreciate it if somebody would tell me what it is.
