Completely agree, and for what it's worth, coaches come to work with porter, who's been churning out assistants left and right to high major jobs/head coaching gigs over the last few years. Being an assistant on this staff is generally a good career move. Also, it's not like Mullins was pulling every single string here the last few years; it's been Moser teams and Moser's staffs. We lost a really good assistant to an expected and natural career progression... but the program doesn't completely reset.
