Looks like SIU may get Barret Benson and Jordan Ash.. grad.transfers from Northwestern.....reporting on the NU board.....I really thought we would make a move on Ash.....great defender. |

Ash can defend but his career field goal percentage is pretty low. I think they really prioritized people who can make shots this year. Especially when you know you have two high level defenders with Lucas and Aher. I'm excited to see Benson in the MVC, I remember we offered him way back when, was pretty up and down for NU, but could have a solid impact for them! |

Benson was better his first two years, for whatever reason. Actually, one of his top KenPom comps for last year is Maurice Kirby. |
