Okay here comes my annual encouragement to go to the ALumni Golf Outing......DONT have to golf....can come for cocktails and dinner...Coach always speaks for 10 , 15 minutes.....pictures with Sr. Jean!..lots of the teams are there.....great silent auction ..loads of Cubbie stuff, Blackhawks and Sox etc........rambler gear........I think cocktails and dinner is $45 bucks......Just so I do not misrepresent it is a fundraiser for the Athletic Department...and if you are just the occasional golfer you will still have fun as it is a scramble format and they always move the tees way up. sure you can sign up if you get a hold of the ticket office or Athletic Department. This year it is at Cantigny in Wheaton. |

I understand the reasons why many golf outings are scheduled on weekdays, but it makes it really tough to attend. |

agree...I think the open bar will start around 3ish with diner around 4/5 |
