That 4 minute segment was less than ideal. Going to need to make 3s tonight because they are giving Krut nothing.

The messier it gets, the better chance we have, I think. We have to finish better near the basket.

Offense looking smoother now, but the shots have stopped falling. Be nice if and when those two things mesh.

We have a nice lead if we make the 6 bunnies we’ve missed already tonight. Frank needs Ro dunk the ball when he is that close.

That's the difference between a comfortable lead and where we are now.

Nice run to end the half, on both ends of the floor. This team has definitely shown flashes of its potential, just need to see it more consistently

Really outstanding defense. I only saw one real blunder when Welch went under a screen and left a shooter wide open. Other than that a lot of active hands and challenged shots.

Offensively, we're just not very smooth yet. Hopefully we grow out of that. Lucas stepped up by making a couple of rhythm threes.

First half minutes:

Clemons - 16
Kennedy - 10
Aher - 7
Frank - 4

Fantastic defensive scheme and game plan so far. They had a lot of open looks in the first half, but took a lot of ill-advised shots and were locked out of the paint.

Our offense looks great when we have no more than two newcomers on the court at one time. Clemons looks really solid.... in his first D1 game.

But again, defense is what gets our team going offensively. Nine points off turnovers. If we'd hit half of those missed gimmes under the basket, we'd be up 20.
