No other game this weekend in the Valley had more than 24 total fouls.
Not meant to suggest LUC deserved to win.
Just can’t understand 53 fouls in a game.

The Bradley/Missouri state game earlier in the week also has 50+ fouls. As some of us stated in the game thread, the biggest issue is consistency. The conference needs to pick a lane on how games should be called. Teams will adjust, but inconsistency in the ways games are called makes for ugly basketball.

Does not make much difference when we get to Arch Madness as they bring in B10 refs

I think it makes a difference moving forward overall. I also hate complaining about refs, but I’m blown away by the number of calls last night.
