Yes,,,Yes Meister Brau .....Miller bought up a ton of breweries.....I found my Dads yearly report for the United States Brewers Association...their trade organization back in the day....and he visited 27 breweries in Illinois in 1961...so glad the craft and micro breweries have resurrected the beer industry.....I still like the old school beers...had a Blatz last Fall that was just absolutely perfect...of all the new beers I have developed a taste for Bells. Two Hearted Ale....which I think is named after a Hemingway short story....about a fishing camp trip in the UP...... I have way too much time on my hands...... |

Last time I was at The Green Mill they had Blatz on tap. I remember the Campus Room. It didn't close until around 91-92. |
