I can only speak on Farmer. I felt a lot of his players didn't develop. An off season plan was nonexistent. Also, when your high school coach is a better coach than your college coach, that's a problem.

Even through that, he was able to recruit enough talent to get within one David Bailey jump pass turnover to making the NCAA tourney.

this opinion on my part...but in watching Farmer I got the feeling TS is talking about...nice guy...but not much of a coach..never seemed involved during timeouts...etc
