Power 5 conferences are seriously considering cancelling the upcoming football season. Reminds me of the end of February where a trickle of cancellations in basketball turned into a flood. With Loyola announcing on campus housing would not be available Loyola is on the cusp of getting near the edge of the cancellation pool. Very pessimistic about college basketball in the "winter"months. Looks grim. Perhaps the season will be kicked back to January and the NCAA tourney being moved back as well with an expanded field. This is really depressing. Currently does anyone know where the athletes are staying? They have started practice. |

Trickle...Flood...Pool. Why do I feel like I have to take a pee after reading Streak's post? I guess Trickle, Flood and Poole could also be the name of a law firm specializing in Admiralty cases. True story: In my lawyering days I worked with a Fox, Badger and Wolfe. |
