Congrats on the players who got honored. It's a shame that Krut did not win it last year. AJ Green had a good year, but last year, as the MVC press release notes, Krut was the first player in conference history to be ranked in the top 5 in scoring (15.1), rebounding (8.1), assists (4.2) and field goal percentage (.563) last year. I think he failed to win last year because of Rambler fatigue due to Custer and Townes winning the previous two years. Congrats to Cam! And to Lucas! They deserved the awards last year, imo, but glad to see they earned them in their senior season. Let's hope they get some more hardware to add to their senior trophy case. So who wins it next year for Loyola? Marquise...come on down! |

I hope we have a Krut mustache and harmonica day next year to honor him and the POY... When my childhood hero. Stan the Man headed to that ballpark in the sky the Cardinals held a harmonica day for him, handed out Stan Musuial harmonicas to everyone in the park along with the music..40,000 people playing Take Me OUt to the Ball Game...was cool.......what would be the song for Krut? |

There were about a thousand songs from the 1970s about "rambling." One of them has to feature the harmonica. |
