I Have been a RAMBLER for over SIXTY years I have contributed on this BOARD almost from its onset--check with JCT--Now then for a long time I and others have put up with vitriol and crud from fans of Wichita State Butler and Bradley-----Now comes CLASSY comments from afar and wide --REFRESHING and superb !! Brot, we love you. You're the elder statesman of Loyola online discussion, predating Ramblermania on your AOL forums. I'm so glad you've been able to experience this season. Media and sports visibility is very different today, but Loyola is getting a lot of the credit they should have had back in the 1960s when the Ramblers were making historic leaps in integration. I'm proud to be an alum and proud to have you as a friend, a teacher, and a fellow Rambler. |

Thanks to Brot for always being the guiding light of positivity (even when its oxen ball!) and high standards over these many years. Thanks to JCT for running the board, the sweat equity with the previews (always excellent) and the board moderation. Not to mention the beers at Brunos. Thanks to Swella for the humor and the twitter updates. Thanks to everyone i didnt mention who makes our little board what it is, and has been for so long...the best place on the internet to talk Ramblers hoops. |

JCT, well said!!!! What a morning to wake up and my first thoughts are of one of the best played games in our history. We have a team chat thread filled with 80's guys. Everyone here would laugh as we switch from being players to fans and back again acting like a bunch of kids. The bonds these runs make stretch across time and are truly endless. I'm smiling again just thinking about what we all saw yesterday. |

Thanks John !!! OMG !! What a message to receive this morning !! The feeling IS mutual !! You know I really feel that our Media should drop its ARCH WARD syndrome and get to giving Chgo area reams REAL and equal coverage as earned. DEPEWL UIC CHICAGO ST do exist as do N ILL and VALPO COVER THEM NOW then GO RAMBLERS For the record--I feel darned good--DR SERENA thinks I am Wonder Boy !!! NEXT UP Oregon ST. |

I'm a short timer. I lurked a couple of seasons before signing up this year. It's fun to have some place to go for celebration during good times with people who have a mutual interest. |

I can't think of a more deserving fan base than for those of you here at Ramblermania. I've actually been able to witness more Rambler games this year than my Aces. Here's to you guys! Hope you get to experience this ride for a few more weeks. Go Ramblers! |
