NEWS FLASH!

A Little Birdie (no, not the Twitter kind) has told me that Drew has assembled his entire staff and all that remains is the paperwork.

The Grizzled Veteran/Mentor position (title unknown at present) will be filled by Dan Hipsher, currently at Oakland.

Assistants as previously conjectured will be Sean Dwyer and Amorrow Morgan.

Patrick Wallace will be elevated to assistant coach while London Dokubo will remain as DOBO.

This says he retired from Oakland in 2019: https://goldengrizzlies.com/news/2019/6 ... etire.aspx

These are legitimate assistants. It is a great sign that Drew can attract this type of talent.

I never was called a brilliant brain trust before, but I like it!

Little Birdie should also get some of the credit...

CJ Rivers being from Cahokia might be helpful in recruiting the St Louis area

Reading the Twitter Tea Leaves, I suspect Kimbrough may be headed for Arizona State.

The Brilliant Brain Trust gets it right again!

Kimbrough to Arizona State, per his Twitter account.

I believe that closes the book on former and current staff.
--------

Now I can devote my brilliant brain to allocating the correct amount of credit Porter Moser deserves for the Ramblers' success in recent years. This should resolve the current debate on the subject.

My initial calculation is 67.4% of the credit goes to Porter, but I am continuing to refine my analytics and to collect additional data, so that number will likely change.

FYI, my personal share of the credit is 4.2%, as it stands now, but will rise significantly after I factor in the additional metric Fan Trash Talk Effect On Opponent Performance. Early indications are that my Trash Talk was worth on average +2 ppg, and was the deciding factor in our games against Northern Iowa the past 3 seasons.

Maybe the brilliant brain trust can look into the magic 8 ball and let us know which seniors are coming back next season
