OK--Here we go !! --Our team was bad on the road--NO QUESTION -----I feel they and PM have learned from this --Rockhurst is what they are--a small league team--THAT CAN SHOOT ------We learned a tad about "how to win" --We have at least FOUR guys that can score BIG---Keke, Doyle, Thomas and TURK---They will carry us on offense from now on. I do believe Doyle is what we have been missing for YEARS. Keke will see to it that he and the rest will favor Doyle. --On Defense, they all--and I men ALL must dig in-- ------This week-end will tell that story pretty much-- Osborne and O'Leary MUST rebound --We all know Thomas will. If they do this well, what with our fire-power, we will do just fine. ---Truly Osborne and O'Leary MUST rise up on D ! I know little about these WC teams but our fellow Illinois team can be had--- I see a minimum of Two wins--possibly a sweep--IF we match up well RAMBLE ON RAMBLERS !! |

We play UC Davis in the second game. Their coach is Jim Les, who played and later coached at Bradley. His son Tyler is on the team, as is the son of another former Bradley star, Hersey Hawkins. Hawkins and Les played together in 85-86, when Bradley went 32-3. Son Corey Hawkins transferred from Arizona State, and averaged over 20 ppg last year for UC Davis. I figure he'll match up against Milton Doyle, and that should be entertaining. |
