I obviously think we’ll be better than that this year, but that’s probably a fair ranking from an outsiders perspective. What we see is a team that is loaded with talent and depth, with an energetic coach that piloted the best defense in the nation last year. What an outsider sees is a team with a lot of senior talent, but also a team that has to replace its best player and head coach.

For the sake of comparison, in the preseason of 2018, the year following the Final Four, they had us ranked at 52.
