The Big East is not dropping DePaul, not today, not in the foreseeable future-- not without multiple capital crimes AND ongoing non-payment of funds. |

That tweet could not be further than what the Big East Commissioner Val Ackerman recently indicated: "We have had inquiries from a number of schools, principally other basketball schools, about joining the Big East.
