I stole this from the NU football blog..They do a haiku for every game ...maybe we can do it for important games.etc. the idea is for everyone to pop one in using haiku to express their thoughts on the game A haiku traditionally consists of three lines with a total of 17 syllables, following a 5-7-5 syllable pattern. While they often focus on nature and a moment of insight, modern haikus can explore various themes gold and maroon flies through turbulent dark skies lands high looking down. |
