I know Tanner Williams is still hurt and my GUESS is that he will never appear in a Rambler game ever, not this year nor in the future.
However, what about Jordan Pickett? Did he travel to Terre Haute? I did not see him in New York last week.

Would love to know. I recall vaguely hearing something about his being sick several weeks ago and not being with the team because of it. When I heard it, I expected to see him back in action in a timely manner. Hope everything is okay.

A reliable source tells me that Jordan Pickett suffered a concussion sometime in December and is still feeling the effects of the trauma.

It is unclear whether he will be cleared to play yet this season. If he does not return this season, he should be eligible for a red shirt year.

I understand that he is attending classes.

I checked the box score for the Evansville game and noted that Pickett was credited with a steal but zero minutes played.

Pickett did play in the closing seconds of that game. I'm not really sure why. I was shocked to hear it since I haven't actually seen him at a game (home or road) in weeks.

At this point, the season is probably a lost cause for him considering conditioning, experience, practice time missed, etc.

By the 30% rule, he should be eligible for a redshirt, but you never know with the NCAA. Tanner Williams didn't get one (or didn't apply) and he only played in 3 games last year.
