Folks on the Bradley fan site are suggesting that Doyle, Thomas, and White "checked-out" during the game and didn't seem to be trying. I don't think the Bradley fans have much of an axe to grind about this. Is this true? Was there a lack of effort on the team's part? If so, we have a major, major problem. |

I didn't see guys who weren't trying -- I saw guys who were very frustrated. Doyle's expressions a couple times in the second half Osborne's series when he fouled out (missed a tough one down low, called for an incredibly cheap foul, waved at the ref, got Teed up and out) White's face when he came out of the game toward the end. Totally pissed (at the performance, not at being taken out) |

To state the obvious--The object is to WIN !! And win we must or forget it. No excuses no alibis-- nothing-- If this Coach and players cannot or are unable to WIN, then get someone else. I am told LUC wants to WIN--We are not. We are told about culture cahange--What is that ?? If it means WINNING , we are doing precious little of that-- I cannot believe our "big three " were not trying--Moser would have seen that and pulled them immediately--all in the name of Culture Change if nothing else. Nope I believe they WERE trying to win--but truth to tell, they just are not good enough--OR if most are, then the Coach is just not good enough. I am really , sad to say, beginning to think that is the case--In fact, consider this--This League knows Porter and how to deal with his teams--He just may be inflexible and they know it. LOYOLA MUST WIN--and WIN now--not 2017. |

The past four games have been pretty brutal. We've lost by 22, 8, 14, and 17. This was after we'd gone the first 24 games of the season where our biggest margin of loss was 14. The capper was only scoring 38 points against a 12-17 team that's under .500 in conference. |

Have you heard that Nick Osborne may have quit the team yesterday. So I guess that answer's the question how's the morale on this team. I think the problem is the coach, he does't appear to be very motivating and upbeat, more of a tyrant to the players during the game, I can only imagine what practice is like. It doesn't ever appear to me the players are having any fun out there, hard to win when it's always negative. Time for a change at the top |
