Nice article, Jesse. Billy seems like a fun-loving guy and a great teammate. I've noticed that when he gets in a game late after the outcome is no longer in doubt his teammates make it a point to feed him the ball so he can score. And Billy isn't shy about launching a shot from just about anywhere on the court. I talked to his Dad Bobby once this year and he also seems like a nice guy, and proud of Billy. Bobby was one of my favorite players back in the day. The guy could jump out of the gym, and was a rare specimen: a tall, white point guard. |
