Their follow up to what was probably Moser and the team's greatest win under Porter was not even WHELMING --It was below underwhelming--NADA on the internet version of today's paper. Not one word--but of course TWO sob stories re DePewl's brilliant performance against the DAWGS. And of course we received the obvious drivel about NW and thir horrid job against that power Penn ST. This IS getting rancid--at least to me. HEY MEDIA--the best team as of now in Chgo won last night !! Hello out there !! |

Driving down to Southern Illinois today I had 670 the Score on. They did mention Loyola and the game at first a few times early this morning....but as I'm just about to leave and listening now their update on the MVC tournament games today consists of Wichita State playing Evansville. That's it, no more mention of our game. Almost makes me wonder if the DePaul contingent there put a stop to mentioning us. |

Mulligan in the AM is an LU grad and was playing it up a lot...but the update guy did not even know the time of the game for today. |

The Morning news guy isn't a college basketball fan - couldn't care less; just like Dan Bernstein. Pissed me off when he didn't mention the score of last night's game - nor the time of today's. No matter if Loyola is a Top 10 team or bottom feeder - it's local college D1 - and you report if they played. |
