The funny thing is that those kids are definitely a better fit for IUPUI now then when they committed to Loyola almost 3 years ago. Worse conference (unless they bump up to the Horizon League), more mature, they'll be a great team in the OVC with those kids.
Gardner still has to do a lot of roster trimming + try to get one of those local Indianapolis kids a hardship waiver (like Pickett if he goes there) because they'll have only 9 scholarship players eligible to play next year unless some of those kids pay their way next year.
