I may be in error BUT a lack of an AD and a weak Publicity Dept are the usual suspects. Criminy , LUC--SPEND THE TWO DOLLARS !!!!

Those in charge don't want to spend money on marketing or publicity on the program, Brot. He shall remain nameless, but he doesn't think it's a worthwhile investment. He's completely off base, though.
