Heard from a highly reliable source that the Ramblers inked a deal to play in the Great Alaska shootout next November over the Thanksgiving week with games Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. An expensive but interesting trip. Father G is committed to upgrading the men's program with resources. This should prove it.

Also there is a deal with DePaul for a true home and home beginning next year. Just waiting for the All State arena to verify the date. The return to Loyola the following year will be at the Norville. Credit this one to the hard work of Coach Moser.

Those are two great signs. Now let's get a real home and home with NU

Props to Moser for trying to keep the DePaul series alive and not caving to their 3 for 1 BS.

Long time no see, Streak. Glad you're back.

Did you hear that Grace Calhoun left Loyola for Penn?

Great tourney! If anyone is going to Anchorage next year I strongly suggest staying at Alyeska Resort. Not too far from Anchorage. Also ski season usually starts the weekend before Thanksgiving. http://www.alyeskaresort.com. One more tip: don't rent a front wheel drive car if you want to explore areas beyond the city.

Thanks for clearing that up.

I was about ready to Google "ztourney" and "Anchorale".

Well. now--maybe we are or will be starting to be recognized once again--FINALLY !!
Gee, I wish I could be released to fly up there--Ramblers and a Granddaughter whose son Liam--great grandchild is a goalie for his Mite team. ( He will be eight then.

Captain Cook Hotel !! Great food--decent rooms--and a HUGE polar bear right in the lobby--I MEAN BIG !! Was in Alaska at least three times each year--Military and Native Americans were good to me business wise--

Anchoage was graet--Mt Ayelaska terrific---the rest COLD and beautiful.---watching the puffins along the Seward Highway was peculiar--goofiest bird I ever did see--they just stand there and look at you !! Cannot remember the bar along the route--it is tilted and half buried in the ground--Caused by 1963 quake--The bartender slides the beer down to you--had better catch it--or you are in for a huge hazing--Used to be anyway !!

Lots oif neat stuff to do and see--RAMBLERS may be on the way !!!!! Great !!
