Ahunte....did I read your post correctly that Doyle played in the scrimmage???? Your post if serious...hard to pick through the smoke also said we had some major players not playing????? Is that due to injury? |

Yes, that was legit info. Don't have info on why those guys didn't play, but I imagine it's due to injury. Hopefully not serious. |

Having followed Ingram a little bit in high school I think he's going to be excellent. I can't understand why Doyle would play at all in a scrimmage at this stage after his injury... seems risky. The player I'm most interested in is Rajala, who's a real wild card. Does he run the floor, have speed, good footwork, etc.? Is he one of those guys who likes to step out and take jumpers, does he avoid contact, have good ball handling skills, blocking ability? I'm hoping he'll be for us what Matt Tiby was for Milwaukee last year, but even if he's 70% of that I'll be pleased. By the way, in looking at Ramblermania traffic since October 1 FINLAND is the #1 source of visitors outside the US. |

At the risk of angering an entire nation, I think I would expect that kind of impact more from Montel James at this stage. I think we will see Julius develop into a good player, but it's a big jump for him to a new country and into a very strong conference. Montel will have less outside things to worry about. Was Tiby a Juco? |

Was Tiby a Juco? Tiby spent one year at a Juco. Made a huge impact at a spot where he was needed. Milwaukee was picked last in the Horizon last year and knocked off favorite (and bubble team) Green Bay to go to the NCAA Tournament. |

Does this mean Doyle even misses time? Even if he's not 100%, I'd so rather have him at our disposal for 15 or so minutes a game than on the bench for the first 5 games. |

It takes practice and a keen wit to pick through all the smoke on Ramblermania Here are a few rules of thumb for the novice reader: 1. ahunte's posts are invariably, literally, and painfully true. 2. GoRamblers' posts are also generally true, except when in response to a Swella post, in which case they should be judged by their comic value, and not by their factuality. 3. The "facts" in Swella's posts are all made-up; even the links are phony. I hope this helps. |

Nate, Let's see if you learned anything from my prior post.... True or false? Jay Knuth is lobbying the Illinois State Legislature to amend its Medical Marijuana Law to add "Sprained Ankle" and "Jock Itch" to the list of medical conditions for which medical marijuana may be prescribed. www.medicalmarijuanaforsprainedankles&jockitchadvocates/Knuth.org Remember, you heard it from me, not ahunte. |
