In any case, Ben--Juliet's Dad. will be going to the game with me--- Will any of you guys (Gals) be there ????? |

Well. this is interesting--at least to me. I have reserved two tickets behind LUC bench first row @ 18.00 ea. That price looks just fine to me--BTW they want 30.oo per tkt to the ZIP game. Does this sound like what LUC is doing with their tkts ?? |

Sorry to be so cryptic--My seats cost 18.00 ea !! Kent St is charging THIRTY DOLLARS a seat for the AKRON U ZIP game. ( Hated rivals) These seats are chair backed and right behind our bench--two rows up !! My question is --Is LUC doing the same with its tkts--up charging for certain games ??? I do believe $ 18.00 is about right for my town .- vis - a- vis Chgo . |

Yes. They are doing premium pricing based on opponent and date Tier 1 (Wichita State, Illinois State) •Adult: $30 (Gold), $27 (Maroon), $20 (General Admission) •Youth (4-14): $20 (Gold), $15 (Maroon), $12 (General Admission) Tier 2 (Tulane, Jackson State, Southern Utah, Bradley, Drake, Evansville, Indiana State, Southern Illinois, Northern Iowa, Missouri State) •Adult: $22 (Gold), $19 (Maroon), $10 (General Admission) •Youth (4-14): $15 (Gold), $10 (Maroon), $8 (General Admission) Tier 3 (Rockhurst, McKendree, Abilene Christian) •Adult: $17 (Gold), $14 (Maroon), $7 (General Admission) •Youth (4-14): $12 (Gold), $7 (Maroon), $5 (General Admission) For reference, the Gold seats are the best seats and are chairbacks |

If it costs KSU fans $30 to see Akron, ours get a deal to see a top 10 team for $30. If I remember, the price for the best seats at the LU/WSU game last year was way more than $30 right? |

Thanks !! Then I wager that LUC is pricing their seats about right ---22.00 vs 18 for best seats -- at least compared to us here in OHIO---Zips games are comparable. Now then OHIO ST is another matter altogether-- They do think they are the best thing going !!! YUCK !! |

Hell, the closest team that could compete with them on a basketball court was tanking for draft picks the past 4 years. |

It sure was nice to see Dayton knock off arrogant OSU last year in the tourney. The headline was even better: "THE University of Dayton" (poking fun at OSU's insistence that they be called "The" Ohio State University). |
