According to Merriam-Webster, the Word of the Year for 2014 is: CULTURE.

Personally, I've found myself using "culture" more and more frequently in my everyday conversations with my dog Walter, e.g. : "Walter, I know I'm trying to create a culture of neighborliness and inclusion around here, but humping Judy's leg is not what I had in mind."

To honor 2014's Word of the Year, I think everybody should use the word "culture" in their posts today.
