Evansville is done with for us -for now--Let's get on with it. the balance of schedule-- While we have been hit HARD with injuries--all teams have then--eg MoSt not injury but a loss--it does seem we have been hit at the heart of things. Where do we stand ?? Not too badly--Take away NIU and WSU, we are just as good as the rest--and with a full team, we are better. If Milt comes back cured soon, we will be a true factor--Look at the way we played Aces without him. Montel will be key--We know what Christian and Devon will do--PLUS Devon is giving us MORE than expected--Who would have thought he would be sticking his body into dangerous spots ?? He is becoming a real star. Remember all or most thought NEXT year was to be the breakout year--This season surely has been a bonus surprise !! Ifs and but dept--What if we had an extra 3 inches per man with muscle to go with down low ???? THAT and Milton 's and others' injuries have caused us to hit somewhat of a wall-- Huntie and Natie ---Our spy dept--Any hard intel re Milt and the other hurt guys ?? Advise --Thanks !! Cripes ! Now TURF TOE !!!!! ENOUGH !! I say 20 wins is within sight --BUT we must get well--When ?? Advise . please. Thanks !! BTW--two nice surprises Turk's all around play ( He flops well, right ?) and KNUTH's emergence. |

Just fyi, Brot. It's UNI. Their fans are pretty adamant and defensive about it. I wouldn't want you to get hollered at by their fans. |

OOOPS !! Go, I knew that--Apologies to Northern Iowa Fans--My fingers do not do too well when typing !!! --BUT while I know what the fans of UNI want---I would also--eg LUC !! But on another score I refuse to call Ohio St anything but that !! Not tOhio St U---YUCK !! Akron, Kent St Miami ,Bowling Green, Ohio U Toledo and on and on--How arrogant of the team that has a NUT for a nickname !! Or maybe a piece of candy ?/ Buckeyes are delicious BTW !! |

No inside info. Milt was clearly hurting pretty bad. It wouldn't surprise me if he misses another game, but I really have no idea. Who has turf toe? |
