| Post subject: | Lindsey Brewis is MVC Champion! |
Cross Country just finished the conference meet. Lindsey Brewis won the individual championship! The women's team took 3rd behind Bradley and UNI who were preseason favorites. Alex Baker had a strong finish and ended up a second behind 1st, so he took 2nd. The men's team had a good race and finished 4th in the conference. |

That's really great to hear. I follow the wins/losses and some of the top players from the fall teams, but I don't pay enough attention to Cross Country.
