This is more of a Women's Volleyball related story. I just picked up on this but it happened a few months ago. Loyola assistant Dan Buehring, who spent two years with the Women's team, and a few years at UIC Women's, has been named the 1st head coach of Men's Volleyball at Benedictine University. The upcoming spring 2015 season will be their first season as they compete in D3.

Men's Volleyball has a large presence in Chicago outside of Loyola and Lewis. Dominican, North Central (2016), St. Xavier, Trinity International, Moody Bible are some of the schools I can think of in the area that sponsor men's volleyball as a varsity sport. Carthage in Kenosha too.
