Maybe this game is an example of why folks around the League think little of Porter--He is teaching Basketball, most of the rest apparently like the bangin' around game. OK , maybe we our coming in Bigs will bring some of that junk with them.

No--GO--Porter did NOT put Christian in the dog house--He is past that stuff I believe. Christian took an elbow to the head late in first half--But then what else is new with this star-crossed team ??

Drake just beat Evansville, so now we're tied with the Bulldogs. Later tonight, SIU plays at Missouri State, so we'll also be tied with one of them in a three-way tie for 6th. We still have to play at Drake, and SIU has a victory in the bank over us; we have to play at Missouri State on Wednesday. Will we be without BOTH Christian Thomas and Milton Doyle playing on the road? I'm expecting locusts next.

I mean...wow. I can't even now. 7-19 from the free throw line?

The sad part is--Redbirds get a win ON THE BOOKS , we do not. I just wonder when we will start scoring MORE than 65 points ?? Heck, when will be score more than 55 points ??
