1. Wichita State v Illinois State at 7pm on ESPN2 tonight. Does ISU have a shot?
2. Benet Academy, who has been state finalist 2 out of 3 last year, and is Porters alma mater has a senior point guard who is lightening it up. Averaged 23 ppg at the Pontiac Tournament and scored 20 against Simeon in a 52-50 loss.. Issue is he is 6'1 and 165.....Seems like he is too small for DI yet is scoring against quality talent....also got a 32 on the ACT....Jack Nolan...anyone seen him play?

There's a buzz building about ISU around Central Illinois, and they're trying to use TV ads and billboards to pump up the crowd a bit. Maybe they'll get 8k for this game, despite the ice storm. Odds in Vegas are WSU by 2.5.
