Sorry about previous post--Apparently no title--

I reported that Mitchell in the Trib says that the MVC folks have us picked for ninth !! Only ahead of DRAKE.
We are bib, talented , can shoot--Let's see if we can put it all together. WE SHALL--
Now then, we will be hard pressed to weather the first trips to new arenas--I believe we shall take most of the punches and will dish out o few of our own.
Any 'Newbie" must expect that--I think and predict we shall do better than the opposition thinks we will.
I wager PM puts the Trib article on the team bulletin board along with a supply of darts

I like us for sixth or seventh for openers.

On the MVCfans.com Web site poll, we were picked for 7th, ahead of Illinois State, Drake, and Southern Illinois.

I'm a little disappointed that they're so negative on you guys but not a lot is known at this point. I think 6th or 7th is what should be expected with outside chances of 5th or 8th. Just depends on how well you adjust to the new conference and how much your youngsters improve over last year.
