It just occurred to me that the way this game was set during the last minute or so, if this were last year's team , we probably ould have lost----BUT this year is an entirely new deal , no question. Loved the way Keke cooly drained the freebies all game and especially a the end--

Exactly. We definitely would have found a way to lose this game at the end last year. Looks like the experience our young team got last year has paid off already.

UWM looks to be more competitive than their 9th place preseason HL prediction. They beat Davidson tonight on the road, 81-77. It was Davidson's first home opener loss since 1991. Tiby had another 21 points.

It helps our RPI (and, by proxy, the MVC RPI)...I'm happy. Here's hoping they surprise folks this year and finish towards the top of the conference.

Davidson lost to UWM? Makes me wonder what the Wildcats have returning this year. They make a trip into Wichita next month as a return to a Bracket Buster beat down we gave them a couple years ago.
