Read and saw some interesting stuff on the Rubin Brothers. They are both doing well, but Wes who decommitted is apparently starting to really breakout. It's a shame we couldn't hold on to him.

Simeon (the #1 team from the region with Miles Rubin, a Loyola LOI) plays Young (4th team in the area) on Friday at UIC if anyone is interested in checking out that game.... Could be interesting. Wes Rubin was a Loyola verbal, but signed with UNI and appears to have really developed during the summer.

I’m starting to wonder if the weather will impact this event at all. My old high school is scheduled to play the game right before Simeon’s game. It’s a great field, and it’d be disappointing if any games get cancelled...but getting from Springfield to Chicago on Friday might not be the smartest travel schedule.
