We make it out to 3-4 games every year. This upcoming year will be no different. Will also be making the trek to the Bahamas for the Battle 4 Atlantis. Waiting on Loyola to release its travel packages for that.

I am VERY excited for the home opener and welcoming Coach Drew as the new head honcho. Will we raise a banner for the S16 as we did for the F4?

Yep my group is renewing our season tix as well. Rambler games might be the best deal/experience for sports fans in the city. Hopping on the Red Line after work to head up to campus is extremely easy and convenient. I just wish another bar would open up close to campus. Obviously I love Bruno's but would be nice to have something in the old Hamilton's spot. Bulldog's looks nice but is managed horribly -- they apparently don't own a basketball schedule and for some reason refuse to beef up staff for game days. If you're getting food, better give yourself at least 90 minutes before tip if you don't want to be late...

Anyways, would love to be able give Krut and Lucas the proper sendoff next year, but even if not, I think Valentine is going to take the program into the stratosphere in the 2020s.

Coaches come and go. I was going to the games when Will Rey was the Coach and the program was a dumpster fire. My attendance was never driven by Porter. I attended when he got here and we were not good. He grew into the job and it was fun seeing him and the program grow. So, yes...I will be renewing my season tickets and supporting Drew because he is part of the program. I hope he sees the potential here, both for growth of the program, and for himself (financially) if he is successful. I just hope he doesn't have a couple of great years here and Mich State comes calling since Izzo is getting long in the tooth and he leaves too. :D

If Valentine is so good that Michigan State comes calling, I'll take it.

That's when Clayton Custer takes over after 3 or 4 years as Associate Head Coach at LU and a few successful years as HC at a low major.

I WANT to be in the position that bigger programs come calling for Loyola head coaches every year.
