I hope to see a lot of minutes for Welch, Thomas, and Clemons. In no way do I think the starting 5 need to see more than 20 - 25 minutes tonight.

Didn't know about Smythe either. He played in the exhibition game against UW Stout. I guess the rule is exhibition games don't count for redshirt purposes.

Edit: Did a little more research on redshirt rules. According to Sports Illustrated, rule proposed to be relaxed this year to allow player to appear in 4 games without costing him a year's eligibility. Don't know if rule enacted and in effect.

Is the ESPN stream not working for anyone else? I just get the "Your event is about to begin" screen."
