I have no problem with Loyola's audio PBP. It is excellent. BUT
THE BIGGEST GAME OF THE YEAR so far and no video, NOWHERE!
Educate me on this, does Drake have a video feed?
Can't LU get in on it? I think this is very sad.
Explain this one to me PLEASE...
Am I the only one who is dying to see this game?

There's a link to Drake's streaming video service on the Preview and Game Thread page near the bottom of the first post (under TV/streaming video). They have a 24-hour pass that goes for $7.95. So give yourself an extra 15 minutes before the game to register and pay for it. Hope it's as good as the quality of the Loyola service, which has been pretty good this year.

See, if all the teams were on our streaming service, I would be less hesitant to get it next year. There is no reason why each school should do it on their own.

It's nice that they have a 24 hour pass option.

There are at least two, maybe more, different companies that currently provide video streaming for MVC schools. That's part of it. There are also (probably) very different cost structures for the production from school to school, and in our case we don't have as wide a range of sports (tennis, swimming, baseball, etc.) that are often included in monthly packages. Then there's non-conference games... Conversely, our second most popular sport is not a league sport. Add other varying costs/issues from school to school-- like billing, account management, and bandwidth-- and it's a knottier problem than it seems.

I'm not sure who on this forum lives near Loyola or is a student on campus, but Irelands, the pub in the basement of the Damen Student Center said they are playing the game tonight on their TVs. For students or alumni who don't want to pay for the package, this is also an option!
