I am hoping it is Fateem Glenn, but I'm not sure if he's eligible to transfer to a 4 year school since he's listed as only as freshman at Cecil Junior College in Maryland. It appears he did spend a year in a post-grad prep school after graduating from high school in 2013, so maybe he's eligible next year. He looks to be the most talented point guard in the Maryland junior college ranks.

As we were leaving the Gentile, I said to someone that I wondered when we would fill the last scholarship spot. The person said matter of factly, "oh, its was just filled!"
And that person said, "go see that person over there they know all about it."
That's when I was told it was a JUCO guard from Baltimore and they would be eligible the upcoming season.
It seemed all so matter of fact, I thought it was common knowledge.

Swella when I was looking through who it could be I saw Fateem Glenn too. He has some pretty impressive stats. I would be pretty happy with him being the last scholarship.

Though if the recruit is from Baltimore Im not sure if it is Glenn because Cecil is not in Baltimore. Brandon Fields is from Baltimore and has very good assists numbers but doesn't seen to be a good shooter. He has pretty poor ft percentage.

It will be interesting the impact of adding another guard. We have Doyle who played 27 mpg, Peterson 25 mpg, Turk 24 mpg and both Richardson and White 20 mpg. That does not leave a lot of minutes left and even fewer if Ingram moves to the 3.

Right, but three guards will play at the same time, so there are still some minutes needed, and there would be even more if there is an injury. I don't think you want to go into the season with only 5 guards. There's not very much room for error there

Agree, we had that issue early last season when White started the season injured.

I do not know if it means anything, but the head coach of Baltimore CC- a guy named Terry Maczko just became Twitter buddies with Coach Moser.

Plus their best guard, Brian Kelley, signed with Norfolk State.

None of the Maryland junior college point guards, except perhaps Fateem Glenn, looks particularly impressive on paper.

If we sign one from among its ranks, I can only speculate that Porter is looking for somebody who would accept his role as an injury-insurance backup this year, and not challenge heir apparent Custer for minutes next year.
