Porter was on thin ice jawing with the officials. Then when Doyle was called for an offensive foul (number 3, two minutes before the end of the half), Porter ripped off his jacket and threw it. He was T'd up, resulting in an 6-0 run by UE to end the half.

Evansville has a really good offense.

I feel like we have been playing hard on defense, just can't seem to hit shots when we needed to.

I didn't see the jacket throw, but I figured it was on Porter. It would be a travesty if it was an assistant or a player getting called for it. I thought the college game attributed the t directly to the coach and not the bench, but I guess I'm thinking of the pros.

Not a terrible effort. We lost by single digits (covered the spread) on the road against the 2nd best team in the Valley. Let's get a comfortable win Saturday vs Drake.

The only way we win against teams like this is to hit 3's. We've been horrible at that all year, and again in this game (last minute notwithstanding). We just don't have enough of an inside presence to win any other way.

Well it IS a loss of course, but once again we beat the spread. This team must be better than I thought. If ever one single game proves anything , it is that LUC needs a BIG !!! Mockevicious was superb, We had little with which to stop him. THIS is just the big reason that PM must go. In his tenure , he has NOT recruited BIGS well. It does appear that he does not care about that position. Again this game was proof that good BIGS beat good SMALLS most of the time.
Porter would make good asst somewhere as he does recruit guards well enough.
