I thought Tyson did enough to deserve a seat on the bech in the second half?

Tyson really killed us with those two overtime turnovers.

It should not have come to overtime. They quit playing about 5 minutes into the second half and let it get away. They had a 10 point lead and got lazy instead of maintaining any intensity.

The scenario repeats...
Don't close at the half, long dry spell,
Game gets closer than it should be and then its anyones game.
Again, refs seem to come up with bad calls, BUT that we need to play above that.
We will suffer the problems until we get taller as over the backs seem to never get called when our guy is shorter but in blockout position.
Also tonight I saw Alize and Church make the same play over and over when Richardson did not cut off the pass from Alize under the basket.
Even Dixons three in OT came because Milt collapsed to triple team the ball instead of staying home. Nothing EZ in this conference. Also on the other Dixon basket, he actually pushed off of Custer, stepped back and made a nice shot, BUT Custer id not touch the guy. I think he missed the free throw anyhow, but still....
We are very competitive, and will bounce back against SIU.
Would have been nice to have third alone.
Guys played hard, need to play a bit smarter next outing. Hate losing to a team with such creepy uniforms....

Richardson fouling out early in overtime was a killer.

That's a rough one. I'm won't criticize any individual player. The long 11+ minute drought was the killer, almost like a bad dream. It didn't help that Doyle had to keep sitting on the sidelines trying to come in for about 2 minutes of the run because play didn't stop. I'll just say I would like to see the press make random appearances earlier in the game.

It's going to be a long four days with this game leaving a bad taste, waiting for the next game on Saturday and perhaps watching SIU tie us at 6-5 before we play each other on Saturday.

If play didn't stop, how about a time out? Just asking?

Minutes for starters were way too high again as well. Granted it's overtime but still Donte milt and clay over 40...37 for Ben... glad we get an extra rest day.

GUYS and Dolls !! Remember the Play ?? WE are a fine team but we lack two things--size and that great intangible---LUCK !!
