One thing I forgot in my previous post . Bruno proved to me at least THAT HE KNOWS HIS ROLE AND HE KNOWS HOW TO PLAY THE GAME--twelve seconds left in the first half , he committed TWO fouls eating up the clock--He forced Bulldogs to take a bad shot with hardly any time left after the second fouul !! Brilliant !! We will heara lot more from this fime Freshman !!!

-Great atmosphere. Didn't see a lot of the regular faces I see in the stands but the student section was rockin, especially in the second half. They brought great energy, they showed up early, reacted to dunks during player layup lines... it became kind of a dunk competition and was fun to see.

-iffy first half, Drakes 3pt shooting really kept them in it
-What a pass by Donte. I like that we have one player with swagger that borderlines on cocky. You need at least one player like that to keep the energy up (he also stopped on a 3 vs 1 fastbreak!).
-Ben quietly had 16 points. Loved when he stole the inbound. Plays like that move us closer to winning programs that FINISH teams.
-I say only give Clay 15-20 minutes next game. All of his shots were falling short
-Satterwhite is starting to come along quick. Making better decisions with the ball, game seems to be slowing down for him, third good performance in a row.
-Anyone notice that Bruno seems to draw an inordinate amount of non-shooting fouls? Idk if that metric is tracked anywhere but it seems like he draws a lot.
-Loved the crowd going crazy when Glorind scored.
-Classic Milton near triple-double night. What a talent and what a way to go out.

RAMBLERS WILL BEAT DRAKE 79-64.

I am with the Pope on this one, but I think he transposed his numbers. Probably just a typo. He's out of practice.

Ramblers 97 - Drake 46.

I guess I am out of practice. My prediction was WAY OFF.

Kudos on an outstanding prediction, Your Dunkiness.

Great game last night. Frustrating early on when Drake was nailing threes, but they started missing and the Ramblers started rambling. Saw Porter after the game, and I don't think I've ever seen him so happy. He had the biggest smile on his face. I know he was proud of the way Doyle played on senior night.

Heard Coach on the post game show with WLUW and he was pumped! Especially about the student turnout. He said he wished every game was Jesuit Jam. He also said the discussion at half time was all about rotating out to the 3 point line and mentioned that Drake was 3/13 in 2nd half from 3 point range.
BUt man that 2nd half was fun to watch,,,,Poor Cameron Satterwhite wanted a statement jam in the worst way...and just couldn't getter done. But you can really start to see his potential.
I do not know if anyone has noticed...but our new Pres, has been at every game I believe and drags some other bigs along with her. Cant be bad ,,correct?
Great sendoff for Milton Doyle....good crowd ,,high lite for me was watching the students having fun,,,,dancing in the isles and the girls with JESUITS spelled out across their stomachs!!!!! That is what it should all be about..the students enjoying themselves and old guys like me enjoying watching them have fun and win by 20.......along with the Jesuits and honored student athletes it felt like a celebration of all things LU
