Pals I deliberately held back on this devastating News until the dust cleared on our regular season---

If you recall I asked for your prayers for Little Dolores --a Great Grandchild--She was diagnosed at Georgetown Med Center with severe hearing loss at birth -Dec 7-- Well, as you know your prayers were answered --she passed all hearing tests given her at DC Children's Hosp.------Now comes WORD ( Friday last) that Neurologists --panel of six --at Children's Hosp
have discovered that she has contracted Canavan Disease--A RARE AND SAD TO SAY fatal MALADY. i would urge you to Google this terrible thing. BUT from what I can construe it seems to me to be like Lou Gehrig's Disease for kids.---But what do I know ?? It is genetic and neurological. I do ask you pray for her again as well as please include SEAN PAUL and RUTHIE her parents--At the moment daughter Paula is watching over Charlotte and little Britton--

I would add that Sean does teach at Georgetown Prep --two days a week--A j\Jesuit is with the family daily .

Thanks for your kind thoughts 99-- I am going to make a selfish statement now---I am now 87 years ols and have lost a son to a drunk My wife to a blocked kidney and soon a little great granddaughter--I am sad tired and sick to death over this tiny little baby being condemned --I know that I should not be putting this on our Board--BUT please all of you--please know that you are the best there is , and will understand--I just know this.
