Since I moved to Chicago back in 1985, I've always wanted the Sun-Times to succeed. The city needs them as a bulwark to the Tribune.
But every time they do things either dead-wrong, well-meaning but dumb, just a little bit "off," or not at all. And they still do...

John John its no time to rag on a Newspaper !! Finally they give us a write-up !! Our team deserves the publicity We are EARNING it--I do believe more will be coming our way ! The author did not have to hit our weakness--paucity of fans --but he did . Our team is good enough to win anyway--BTW we may just have a big crowd when they get back to GENTILE---THIS TEAM IS GOOD !! The fans will now arrive Book it !!!

I'm absolutely loving the media attention that we are getting.... (I don't really care how high of quality the writing is). It's this attention in the media that organically will lead to more butts in the seats! IMO. Like Brot has said in the past... we just need to keep winning!!! Unfortunately, if we lose tomorrow... it probably all comes to a halt.

The article was fine. But whoever wrote the headline is an idiot.

Agree. The headline made me cringe, but it was a good column.
