Wow! For as decent of a start as we had, we are really making a lot of sloppy mistakes these last few minutes

Started off well but started getting fancy and ended up turning it over a bunch. Also shot selection has been bad

I’m really glad to see that we are having a decent first half for once, and most likely won’t be playing from behind to start the second. Hopefully we will continue our recent tradition of having a better second half than our first.

We got some nice baskets, and then ISU made an adjustment, and took away a lot of the point blank shots. We were still trying to force it. Now it's our turn to use the under 4 timeout to make a counter-adjustment. That'll help cut down on the turnovers.

Glad we're up but a bit too sloppy.

Hope we tighten up in the 2nd.

The press has given us more problems than it shoud. I'd say we're holding our own against the zone and their superior height. The mood in the building is befuddled, and even a bit aggrieved. I'm hopeful. But we've led at halftime before here.

Lots of interesting connections. We recruited Yarbrough, Broninga and of course had Chastain...also Gassmans dad played at UNI........Still would like to know the story about Chastain leaving LU.....ALso interesting that ISU has 6 players from Central Illinois.......Lets keep it up.
