I think the lineups were more due to foul trouble than anything. Custer, Lucas, and Krut all had some issues. All had some cheap calls against them, honestly.

Would like to see more Negron.

Aher looked more comfortable tonight.

Krutwig and Aher got the highlights on WGN news just now. Then they did a story about Radford beating Notre Dame in South Bend.

There was some really wacky fouls called on the Ramblers this evening. I really thought PM was gonna get a T tonight... there was a lot of foot stomping there for awhile.

I was a little disappointed by the attendance too. Upper corner student section was nearly empty. Lots of season ticket holder seats were empty too. I just hope the one loss didn't burst the old excitement bubble!?!?!

Negron played only 2 minutes. Next lowest was Big Frank and Kaifes with 9 minutes.

I really thought Negron has looked solid in his time so far. Wonder why his minutes are seemingly decreasing.

Call me crazy but I'm kinda glad Custer was in foul trouble... I can't imagine the 24 minutes for him tonight is a bad thing especially since we have something like 4 games in 12 days. With that being said... only 7 points from the bench in the last 2 games combined?!?!?

I was wondering about Negron too... He looks like a completely different player this year. This seems like it would have been a great game to get him more minutes.

Ohhhh... what did I miss at the beginning of the game? They announced what sounded like "an administrative technical was issued to Niagra before the game". Anyone know anything about that?

Niagara did not turn in their starting lineup in time--think it has to be turned in at least 10 minutes prior to tip-off.

No idea but Negron could be a minute limit off the ankle sprain. He looked like he reaggrevated it at the end of the game against UMKC. I agree he’s looked good in limited time

There is , once again, new emphasis on all kinds of contact. Izzo went ballistic in a game he won by 40. Basically said you cant blame the officials, that they are doing what they have been instructed to do. Also said it was wreaking the flow of the game...Seems like they really want to open up the scoring even more.
