Six turnovers isn't too bad for the first half, but Indiana State only has one. Between the turnover differential and their offensive boards, they've taken 13 more field goal attempts than we have.

It's promising that Cody has gotten into the game. I still wonder what King did to earn himself a seat at the head table in the dog house.

By not shooting before 35 sec left in the half, we ensured that ISU would get the last shot. Sure, sometimes you can't get a decent shot in 15 sec, but you ought to be going all out to find one. To me it's basic clock management, but coaches seem to pay no attention to it. Or to me.

The 70% or whatever shooting is the kind of thing that may have been a factor in some of the games where we blew big leads. That kind of shooting, like holding NIU to 14 points in the first half, isn't sustainable. Problem is that LU hasn't been just regressing to the mean in the second half, but blasting by it to the lousy range. They have to learn not to get too upset when they start shooting/defending closer to their average in the second half.

I hate offensive rebounds.

Both teams were hot in the first half and are now cold in the 2nd.

Their 15+ shot advantage is killing us.
