ProudMom:

One of the bittersweet parts of the final four run last year for me was the fact that Milton didn't get to be a part of the accolades, success, and national recognition that Loyola received. It was all of his hard work and labor during his time at Loyola that paved the way for the 2017-2018 team's success. For me, the resurgence of the Loyola basketball program began with Milton Doyle, and I believe that all the long-time Loyola basketball fans would agree with that statement. Porter Moser was the architect behind everything, but Milt made Loyola a contender on the court, and his contribution to the program will not be forgotten, and is not lost on us diehard fans.

The Mount Rushmore of the new era of Loyola basketball is Porter Moser, Sister Jean, Ingram, and Milton Doyle.

Id like to see them retire 35, nobody will ever contribute to the program in the way Milton did IMO. Put us on the map locally & made sure we survived and thrived in the transition to the Valley.

Someone is cutting onions.

That's a huge compliment! I'm forever grateful, he not only played but also got his degree from Loyola University Chicago
I'm forever a fan of LUC.

I think we're all proud of Milton and what he's accomplished and hopefully he's proud of LU!

Milt is lighting it up in Spain, I see Birdies tweets about his play quite often. I'd love to see my Cleveland Cavs sign him this off season.

They are getting ready to start the second half of the season. They have a new coach now and trying to get the train back on the tracks, praying they do better. The Spain league, they aren't doing so well but the Champions league they are 13 and 1, they give milton kudos for being one of the best players on the team. The fans want him to take over but milt feels he have a good enough team for everyone to contribute evenly. He's hit some holes in the road but he'll be alright, he really likes the new coach too, the new system the new Coach has put in play. They start back up March 3rd!!!
Champions league UCAMMURCIA went to the final 4 last year so hopefully they get farther this year, they definitely have a better record going into the play offs.
Thanks everyone for your continued support!!
Side note... Milton gives Coach Porter the highest praise for his growth on and off the court, so does I. :) :)

#ProudMom. May I join everyone else on this thread to recognize Milt as the very essential transformational player in the LUC basketball journey.
I started this list for fun after Cooper's amazing toss at halftime earlier this season. I did not do deep research and was counting on others to add to the list.
Nonetheless, I have followed Milton at LUC, then on to G league days, actually watched many games with Long Island and have followed all of his fellow G league teammates from there onto the Nets, and the Nets now having success...... I hope nothing for the best with Milton, and would absolutely love to see his work develop into an NBA shot. He will never be forgotten by me and my fellow Ramblers fans.
Go Ramblers.
