1-10 from three, including numerous open looks. We just can’t win games shooting like that, especially not on the road.

This is the 2nd game in the last week in which we had everything to play for (Missouri State being the other). We just don't have the clutch performance down the stretch of big games like we did last year.

We no longer control our own destiny falling back into a 3 way tie for first. And it gets harder from here--we are @UNI on Wednesday and they are playing their best ball of the year.

I think we are something like 18-78 on the road since Missouri State.

Drake and Missouri State play in Springfield next weekend to end the regular season, so the outcome of Wednesday’s games are going to tell us a lot in terms of our chances. Drake hosts Indiana State and Missouri State plays at Illinois State.

When drake lost I knew we we’re screwed. If this loss is the cost for getting Custer back I’ll take it. Absolutely sucks we couldn’t capitalize with him.

Another glaring stat: 4 assists vs 11 turnovers as a team

We've been depending too much on Marcus. He was bound to have an off game sooner or later. More than that, with his dominance, it looks to me like we've been getting away from our the normal spacing and ball movement.

It was definitely frustrating to see Custer have such a good game, and also watch Townes struggle. Obviously injuries are a big part of the game, and I’m sure Drake feels like if they didn’t lose their point guard they would have things locked up, but I can’t help but say the exact same thing if we had Williamson. He was a contributor last year, and on the games he played, he looked improved even from last year.

If Williamson is cleared I really want him to get two games under his belt before the tournament, just to see if at this point we can plug him into the lineup. I’m not expecting him to produce much offense, but defensively I think he could seeing things back in our direction.

I agree but it's kinda been by necessity. When we spaced it earlier in the year we either didn't shoot it or shot it and clanked em.

Small highlights: That tip dunk by Negron was sick and nice to see Uguak hit a mid range jumper (TAKE MORE PLEASE).
