So at one point looked like maybe both these guys would be at LU.....So out of nowhere Bruninga got a start against Drake......played 6 minutes and that was it....He shows no stats for last year....so is he/has he ..been hurt? Chastain seems to be getting consistent minutes off the bench...and the one ISU game I watched thought he was solid....really think he would have done well here...do not know the story but knowing Leroy his hometown I am just guessing he wasnt a big city kid ??? anyone know......Also in their Line up is Antonio Reeves from Simeon,,,seems to be getting good minutes...averaging over 20 mpg the last 3 Valley games....

Not being a city kid was definitely a part of Chastain's departure. I've seen Chastain around town in Normal (apparently, he loves Chipoltle, because he was there two of the three times I've been there in the past three years).

Seems like Bruninga is also a confirmed downstate kind of guy. Yes, there is a type of person who just loves it like mad down there. I've met/worked with many of them. Often, they have unexpected or surprising stereotypes about large cities and the character of people who would live there.
